The packing ritual

One of my favourite parts of an outcall is preparing for it.

I open my case and start thinking about what the evening might require.

What mood are we creating?

What kind of energy do I want to bring?

What should I pack and prepare?

What should I leave behind?

There is something wonderfully deliberate about selecting the pieces that will accompany me.

And then there is the wardrobe.

I choose my lingerie, of course, but I don't necessarily travel through Sydney looking like the woman waiting for you behind the hotel door.

Quite the opposite.

I often choose something elegant and understated to wear over it.

A dress.

A coat.

Something sophisticated.

Something that allows me to walk through a hotel lobby looking like a businesswoman.

Which, in theory, I also am.

That contrast makes me smile.

The woman checking into the hotel could be an executive arriving for a meeting.

And she is.

It's just that my meeting happens to be considerably more interesting.

There is a particular pleasure in transformation.

The clothes are only part of it.

Nina Nyx is an attitude.

A presence.

A way of entering a room.

When I arrive at your hotel, there is a delicious transitory moment between the ordinary world and the world we are about to create.

I see you waiting in the lobby and our eyes meet. We both feel the spark of anticipation reaching its culmination. We finally meet.

From that point onwards, the outside world can wait.

One of the things I love about outcalls is taking an ordinary environment and transforming it.

A hotel room is usually designed for sleep, business trips and anonymous nights away from home.

But give me a little time and imagination, and it can become something entirely different.

The lighting changes.

The atmosphere changes.

The suitcase comes open.

The carefully selected equipment emerges.

And suddenly the room has a completely different purpose.

It becomes our private little world.

Our play den.

Our temporary escape from ordinary life.

I love that transformation because it reminds me that fantasy doesn't necessarily require an elaborate dungeon.

Sometimes all it takes is two people, a private room, imagination and the willingness to step outside everyday roles.

What About Visiting Your Home?

Home outcalls are different again.

For an established client, they can offer another level of familiarity and comfort.

But discretion and safety always come first.

For new clients, I take appropriate identification and safety measures before visiting a private residence. I need to know who I am meeting and where I am going.

Trust is built.

Boundaries are established.

Then, once we know one another, your home can become an entirely different kind of environment.

And there is one particularly fun possibility.

You might have a collection.

Your collection of toys, accessories and carefully accumulated treasures.

And perhaps I will have the pleasure of being introduced to it.

I always find it fascinating discovering what someone has chosen for themselves. What they have collected over time, what they enjoy, and what has been sitting there waiting for the right person to bring it into the experience.

Sometimes your home tells me things about you before you say them yourself.

Listen to music.

Stare at the ceiling.

There is something rather luxurious about that.
